1. Responsibility and Change of Mind Returns
You are solely responsible for your purchase, so please choose your products carefully before purchasing and placing your order with us. Research is best done prior to purchase.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Currently, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the seal intact in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

4. Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Support Team at sales@securityzoneonline.com.au within the return period. Provide your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of defective or damaged products.
Return Authorization:
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return your item.
Package and Ship:
Ensure the item is securely packed, including all original components. Attach a copy of your order receipt and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable courier service and purchasing insurance for valuable items, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Major and Minor Problems
Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, such as:

The item does not do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please retain your proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
